THE BIGGEST AND BEST LONDON BUCKET-LIST!

“FOR MY PART, I TRAVEL NOT TO GO ANYWHERE, BUT TO GO. I TRAVEL FOR TRAVEL’S SAKE. THE GREAT AFFAIR IS TO MOVE.” – ROBERT LOUIS STEVENSON

One of the world’s most visited cities, London has something that everyone will fall in love with. Home of Big Ben, the London Eye, Tower Bridge and some of the world’s best art galleries and museums, you’ll find it very easy to lose yourself exploring this magnificent city.Screenshot_20160711-164716_1

  • SELFIE WITH BIG BEN

No trip to London is a trip to London without a pic with Benny!

  • RIDE THE LONDON EYE

One of London’s most famous attractions, The London Eye is a great experience! The views are incredible and if you really want to go all out, you can pay a little extra and sip Champagne in your capsule.londoneye.jpgIMAGE BY SUNSETS AND SUITCASES

One for HP fans! Be sure to head into Kings Cross Station to snap a photo with your trolley heading through to Platform 9 ¾.

The changing of the guard takes places at 11:30AM daily. Be sure to get there around 11:00AM if you want a good position – it gets swamped with visitors. *Just walk into Harrods and buy the cheapest thing you can find – for me it was a keyring 😉
    * Kensington Palace was beautiful
    *Oh and spend some time in Covent Garden watching street performers and looking at shops and have a bite to eat…..it’s just lovely!

    High tea at Harrod’s is an awesome experience. A little more low-key than The Ritz, but if you’re looking for a string quartet and tuxedo waiters, The Ritz it is. I would suggest coming back to the Borough Market if you’re a foodie. Food trucks and a full farmer’s market right at London Bridge. One of my favorite places.

    1. I’ve heard High Tea at Harrod’s is really good as well! Guess i’ll have to decide closer to the trip. I’ll definitely head back to Borough Market – the food was awesome! Thanks 🙂

    These sorts of posts always remind me of just how much there is to see and do in my country’s capital! I’d add Regents Park and Greenwich to the list too for summer visitors, the former has a nice mixture of flowery gardens and open green spaces and the latter has a good view of the skyline from the south 🙂
